Pineapples for Constipation

Just 4 ounce of pineapple a day may be enough to cure constipation. This fruit is a source of bromelain, an enzyme that treats and prevents diarrhea caused by E. Coli bacteria.
Pineapple juice or canned pineapple won't help, however. They don't contain active bromelain.

Menu for avoiding Cancer

  1. Fruits and vegetables, especially cruciferous vegetables and citrus fruits for antioxidant properties.

You will have less heart disease, lower blood pressure, less congestion from cholesterol and reduce bad cholesterol levels if you make avocados a part of your weekly meals. Second to olives in fat content and its fat actually have properties that make them work for your benefit. It also contains potassium, magnesium, vitamin C and E, and folic acid.
