Mayonnaise Allergies

Anyone allergic to eggs should avoid mayonnaise. 
The vinegar may trigger an allergic reaction in people sensitive to molds.
Many types of mayonnaise have fillers made of gluten, which should be avoided by anyone with celiac disease.
