Asthma Sufferers Beware of Dried Apricots


Bright yellow or orange dried apricots are preserved with sulfur dioxide, which can cause adverse reactions in some asthma sufferes.
Unless dried apricots are labeled as sulfur-free, anyone with asthma should avoid them.

The kernels can be toxic.
