A Balanced Diet Vs. Supplements

eg. zinc supplements can interfere with the body's use of folic acid and iron supplements can inhibit proper calcium and zinc absorption.
So, the best approach is a balanced diet that contains a wide variety of fresh foods which usually supplies all the vitamins, minerals, and energy that a person needs to maintain optimal health and vitality.
