Water And Weight Loss

Water is nature's ideal diet drug, the more you take in, the better you feel.

Follow this schedule to ultilize water most efficiently to reduce weight.
Morning: 1 quart over a 30 minute period.
Noon: 1 quart over a 30 minute period.
Evening: 1 quart between 5 and 6 o'clock.

Not only will the stomach and midriff trim, but skin will get clearer and eyes brighter. You will look younger and healthier than before.
