In some cases, the speed and force of the roller coaster ride can cause bleeding inside your brain, more than just a upset stomach, which could lead to a stroke. If you suffer from frequent headaches, atherosclerosis, high blood pressure, or any other serious heart or brain disorder, stay off the ride.
However, if you cannot resist, beware of the main sign of trouble - a headache afterward. See your doctor immediately if one occurs.
