Something To Chew On

Chewing can help with constipation. Digestion begins in your mouth. In fact, nutrition experts say you should drink your food and chew your water, which is basically means that everything that goes down your throat should be pureed, because digestion starts in your mouth. So, start grinding those purdy jaws!
