Nail Polish is the most toxic cosmetic out there. It includes such toxic substances as formaldehyde, phthalates, acetone, toluene, and benzophenones. These substances are toxic to the nerves, endocrine and respiratory system, carcinogenic and have estrogen-like effects. You shouldn't be changing your nail polish several times a week.
