Lubricate Your Brain

In a study, those who ate at least 5 tablespoons of olive oil a day tested best on memory and problem solving skills. It is the monounsaturated fat that enhances your brainpower, but olive oil also has vitamin E and other antioxidants. Next time, you are in the kitchen, use olive oil instead of corn or soybean oils.
