Catnip

"Catnip" is a perennial herb of the mint family.
Catnip contains a substance, known as nepetalactone, which has a sedative effect in humans. Due to this effect, catnip may also be used to help lessen migraine headaches. Catnip calms the nerves, soothes digestion and lowers a fever without raising it first. Can be successfully used to calm gastric and duodenal ulcers, increase milk flow, and ease stress.
