Soft Drinks

Soft drinks are practically pesticide free. But they contain far too much sugar to have any health benefits, and diet drinks usually contain aspartame, which chemically breaks down to methanol. Also, they are high in phosphates, which are associated with calcium loss.
A 12-ounce can of carbonated soda contains 8-10 tsps of sugar.
