Spare the Salt!

A high salt diet could mean high risk for your eyes. Try using herbs instead of salt to flavor your food. Garlic and onions improve almost any meal, and turmeric might even improve your eyesight. This spice, often used in Indian curry dishes, contains curcumin, an antioxidant that helped fight off cataracts in animal studies.
