Whole Grain USDA Seal?

There is no USDA seal of approval for whole grains as there is for organic food. However, an organization called the Whole Grains Council created an official packaging stamp in 2005. The Whole Grain Stamp helps you to know how much whole-grain content various product contain.
There are two versions of the stamp, each clearly noting the product's whole-grain content in grams per serving.
The Basic Whole Grain Stamp is for products that guarantee you at least half a serving of whole grain per labeled serving.
The 100% Whole Grain Stamp indicates that all of the grain in a product is whole grain.
