Improve Memory



The popular Chinese herb ginkgo has been used for centuries to improve circulation and sharpen thinking. Now some scientists think it can boost memory for people in the early stages of Alzheimer's. That's because ginkgo promotes circulation throughout the body, which helps the brain work better. Even in healthy people, ginkgo can improve short-term memory.
