If you suffer from frequent headaches, atherosclerosis, high blood pressure, or any other serious heart or brain disorder, stay off the ride.

However, if you cannot resist, beware of the main sign of trouble - a headache afterward. See your doctor immediately if one occurs.

Bank Some Blood

Because you have access to unlimited amounts of meat and other sources of protein, chances are you have too much iron stockpiled in your blood. People with higher levels of iron tend to get worse after having a stroke, and they suffer more brain damage than other stroke victims.

So, if you are in good health, stop by the next blood drive and donate blood. By doing so, you will reduce the amount of iron in your body and do a good deed in the process.
